Chapter 1: Dopamine

Weeks 1-4


 

The Dopamine Series is designed to get movers comfortable moving their bodies in space with their peers. Created using the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) pillars of self-management and self-awareness, the movers set daily goals for themselves, follow a set warm-up, play movement games, learn choreography, and end class with a meditative reflection created to connect body and mind.


 
 

 

Chapter 2: Endorphins

Weeks 5-8


 

The Endorphin Series cranks up the intensity and is designed to push movers to embrace both physical and mental challenges rather then shy away from them. Created using The SEL pillars of self-management and social awareness, movers dig deep to find their inner grit while moving through a more challenging warmup, working together through movement activities, and learning level II choreography. Movers continue to set daily goals and class concludes with a meditative reflection created to connect body and mind.


 

 

Chapter 3: Oxytocin

Weeks 9-12


The Oxytocin Series is designed to build feelings of connection and belonging amongst a community of movers while flexing their own autonomy. Using the SEL pillars of self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, responsible decision making, and relationship skills, movers will set daily goals for themselves, move through a warmup, and work together to create their own choreography. Class will conclude with a meditative reflection created to connect body and mind.
